Vavarde leadership works with your organization to develop a scope of work proposal. We will determine the best mix of external expertise to facilitate a successful outcome and then help you to create a timeline and metrics for successful completion of your project(s). Then, the Vavarde team will work with your organization to complete your project(s) through embedded assistance, contracted creative services and skills development.

Vavarde’s Eric Becher walked our organization through one of the toughest but most rewarding strategic planning exercises of our 25 year history.
